2007 Diving Camps
Hartwick College Diving Camp
  • Team Hosting: Dynamic Divers
  • Location: Hartwick College
  • Coaches: Ann Burgin head coach, as well as certified coaches from other institutions who participate as guest instructors.

    • June 24-29, 2007
  • More Information: Camp will concentrate on proper stretching, physical conditioning, springboard mechanics and technical improvement in 1-and 3-meter springboard diving. Camp sessions will incorporate the use of two 1-meter boards, two 3-meter boards, trampoline and dry board with belts and digital recording with the use of TiVo for immediate feed back as well as daily review of dives. Also, included in the camp will be mini lectures and video sessions as well as some social and recreational activities.

Iowa State Diving Camp
  • Team Hosting: Iowa State Diving
  • Location: Iowa State University - Ames
  • Coaches: Jeff Warrick – Head Diving Coach for Iowa State University
  • Pool:
    • The Beyer Pool diving well has two 1-meter boards, two 3-meter boards, and a 5-meter platform. Two TIVO systems capture dives performed from all board levels and platform. Next to the diving well are a trampoline and a dry-board that are each fully equipped with a spotting rig designed to help divers learn and perfect somersaulting and twisting dives.

Longhorns Diving Camp
Missouri Diving Camp
  • Team Hosting: Missouri Diving Club
  • Coaches: Amy Gosney, head coach.
  • Location: University of Missouri - Columbia
  • Pool: The Mizzou Aquatic Center features a separate diving well with two 1M and two 3M springboards, as well as a full set of platforms. Training is enhanced by two TIVOs, a sparger system, and an in-ground hot tub. The adjoining dryland center consists of two Olympic size trampolines, two dryboards, overhead spotting rigs, a gymnastics spring floor and a dryland platform strip.

  • More information: Join us for a 5-day training camp at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Each day will consist of two water workouts, dryland training, strength and conditioning, performance enhancement educational workshops, and fun evening activities! All athletes should be between the ages of 10 and 18, with at least 6 months of previous diving experience.

Purdue Diving Camp
  • Team Hosting: Boilermaker Diving Team (Purdue's Team)
  • Coaches: Adam Soldati and Kimiko Soldati
  • Location: Purdue University - Indiana
  • Pool: The 17.1 million dollar Boilermaker Aquatic Center is one of the finest in the world. Including a separate diving well, six springboards, a full set of towers, belt systems and a bubble system for learning new dives, a hot tub, dry boards, trampolines, a spring tumbling floor, Dartfish video analysis, and cameras and televisions for immediate feedback and analysis.
